Where: Kamari Beach, Santorini (walk from bus/taxi terminus and when you reach the beach, turn right and walk a couple of minutes to reach it
The Food: A combination of Santorini cuisine and dishes of Pan-Hellenic fare using some of the best ingredients available. Nichteri is one of the best restaurants on the island and Chef Zacharakis, a stand-out among Greek chefs.
The Drinks: You’re on Santorini, an island that makes some of Greece’s best wines – order them! If you want something lighter, go for one of the three beers from Donkey Brewery – the only one actually brewed on the island.
The Setting: Nichteri is located right on Kamari’s boardwalk with some seats available in the restaurant and the rest on the the beach side of the walk. Lunch and dinner are busy, reservations recommended.
