Fun Small Group Classes

My cooking classes are held in Toronto at The Kitchen in Toronto’s historic St. Lawrence Market (unless otherwise noted) and in Montreal. I specialize in Greek/Mediterranean cooking and the classes usually last about 3 hours.

Attendees of the class are given copies of all the dishes instructed, there’s some participation (but it’s mostly instructional). You will get to taste all the food demo’d during the class.

Phyllo from Scratch

Join me as I unlock the secrets to making phyllo pastry from scratch. I will share the basic phyllo dough recipe then show you how to open phyllo by hand. This class will cover techniques in making phyllo pastry from scratch, and includes your own spiral cheese pie to take home.

Seafood Cooking Class

In this cooking class I will share my tips and tricks to make some of my favourite seafood offerings. 

The class will cover: 

  • The Best Taramosalata
  • Tender Octopus
  • Fried Calamari
  • Whole Lavraki (Branzino) Baked in Salt Crust

Greek Easter Baking Workshop

We are excited to be offering a Greek Easter baking workshop. We’ll share our family’s recipes.
