Greetings to my Montreal friends, I return on October 26th and 27th to host another set of Greek Cooking Classes. At this class, I will share my recipes for the following Greek Taverna Classics:
Taramosalata
Shrimp Saganaki
Cheese Saganaki
Papoutsakia
(surprise Dessert treat)
The class will be once again held at the Air BnB (where I have hosted before) in the Sherbrooke/Papineau area.
During the class, particapants will sample all the dishes. Participants may bring their own wine or beverages.
Cost is $90.00, class size limited to 12 spots. Payment may be made via paypal or Interac bank transfer using my email, truenorth67@gmail.com in the name of Peter Minaki. If using Interac, please email me with the password to retrieve funds
*No refunds for cancellations made after October 19th. Tickets are, however, transferable to another person after that date.
