We will learn to make:
Master recipe for phyllo dough that will allow us to make a rectangular pita in a tray, a Custard Bougatsa using a second method and finally, a spiral (strifti) pita by hand stretching the dough.
A light dinner will be served during the class. This event is BYOB, if you wish
