Kalofagas Evening at the Limani

11892223_470992613072084_6915188607136725212_nThe Kalofagas Greek Supper Club kicks off the New Year with a menu inspired by the seafood tavernas that one finds near the ports all over Greece. The theme of the dinner is Limani, that’s Greek for Port. It’s a celebration of fish and seafood and I look forward to cooking for you on Sunday, January 29th at Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market Kitchen.

All the dishes will be paired with Greek wines by Chris Dedes of Majestic Wines & Spirits, ingredients and Cretan olive oil from Nisos Importing.
