Kalofagas Fish and Seafood Dinner in Montreal May 4th

This evening’s menu will focus on fish and seafood, local and seasonal produce. All fish and seafood will be sourced from La Mer Poissonerie (Montreal).

Beet Cured Lavraki, Three Citrus Dressing

Sea Urchin Spaghetti Boukies

Ouzo Marinated Grilled Prawns

1st Course: Beefsteak Tomato Salad Stuffed With Manouri, Pickled Sea Asparagus

2nd Course: Grilled Octopus on Santorini Fava, Caramelized Onions, Caper Leaves

Main Course: Catch of the Day, Grilled Fish with Warm Fingerling Potatoes, Horta.

Dessert: Ekmek Kataifi
