I’m coming to New York to cook two, intimate Greek Supper Clubs on Friday, March 11th and Saturday March 12th. These dinners will take place in Astoria (New York’s Greektown) and I’ll be cooking with the help of my friend, Greek food blogger Carole Malakasis.

Ladenia (olive oil, onion and tomato flatbread from Kimolos)
Batsara (courgette pie from Preveza)
1st course: Shaved Fennel and Green Apple Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts
2nd Course: Slow Cooked Beef Kokkinisto on a bed of traditional Greek egg pasta
Main Course: Kontosouvli (pork) slow roasted in parchment with Kefalotyri Cheese, Roast Greek Lemon Potatoes, Politiki Salata
Dessert: Armenovil with Warm Chocolate sauce (a semi-freddo ice cake from Thessaloniki)
