Seafood and Lent Cooking Class

Join me on Sunday, March 20th for an afternoon cooking class where I will show share my tips ande tricks to making octopus tender, how to clean and cook calamari and we’ll make the best Taramosalata and Santorini Fava.

During the class, a light lunch will be served along with some Greek wine.

Cost is $75.00, class size limited to 15 spots. Payment may be made via paypal or Interac bank transfer using my email, in the name of Peter Minaki. If using Interac, please email me with the password to retrieve funds

Peter I hope to take this class with you. I have been wanting to take one of your classes for ages but timing never worked. I’m just heading to Heathrow airport now to come to Toronto so will email you when I get settled tomorrow. Hope there will still be some space available. Love octopus but intimidates me a bit so this is a good class for me.

Wow I wish you were in Australia / Sydney , top stuff you post on your site i wish I could be there for your classes . We do a lot of BBQ down here at Aus if you could give me some ideas of cooking octopus , or a good garlic dip , without yogurt or any tips please send me something , PS I don’t own a restaurant I’m in the construction industry
