This past summer I went to the island of Samos, the island of Pythagoras for what was to be merely a layover and means to fly back to Athens. The that visit opened my eyes to a beautiful island with lots of fabulous dishes and the excellent local wines.
This menu was perfect for autumn and we will dined at St. Lawrence Market this past November 8th. All the dishes were prepared using Greek extra-virgin olive oil from Nisos Importing.
All dishes were paired with wines/spirits from Kolonaki Group.
Some seats still left for my December 13th Greek Supper Club. It’s a Christmas theme and we’ll be back at St. Lawrence Market. See you there!
