Wow!! What an amazing selection, thank you Peter.
Read the post on the roast turkey with particular interest. I’ll be making one this Christmas after years of turkey-less celebrations. Feeling a bit anxious but will probably try your brining method to prevent drying.
Among desserts, paximadia with figs, nuts and star anise look fantastic! Adding to my to-cook list.
Good idea and usually, I would be thinking, ‘He’s tempting us with pork again!’ Well, we’re treating ourselves this Christmas with some pork from Istanbul. Yeahy. So excited! :)
