I’ve got to say that Kalamata grill place looks DISGUSTING. “Gyros” (or as the Greeks call it DONER) on a Salad? Let alone a Greek salad?? And the idiot owner has the nerve to call his restuarant uber-authentic, which after lookiing at that menu is akin to a Taco Bell owner claiming he serves authentic Mexican dishes.
The snail link though was interesting. You’ll have to post something about cooking with them sometime! (if you already haven’t)
