This week’s photo was sent in by friend and fellow Canadian blogger Val of More Than Burnt Toast. Val’s blog offers delicious West Coast dishes mixed in with some international flavours. Val has traveled to Greece and I consider her a friend of Greece and Greek cuisine.

That’s a gorgeous photo. We really must explore more Greek islands. I’ve read Val’s blog, More Than Burnt Toast a few times. Thanks for the reminder about it.

I would travel back to Greece any time of the day or night Peter. Then I would have 2,000 photos to send in rather than just 1,000:D Thank you bery much for sharing.
