Who is that man? I MUST find him!
I need a recipe for this fava ice-cream to give some to my dad ( he has to have ice-cream every day) I wonder if he would notice it is salty.
I was SO excited to find two cheeses that you often write about – and now cannot recall the names… I am not going to look. Too tired, but you have definitely motivated and influenced me to try these cheeses and some of your recipes with them. I will let you know when I do!
