When my Folks got a gas barbeque I insisted it was one with a hooded lid. Just brilliant for our Christmas cooking in the heat of our early Summer.
Now this is a recipe I can recreate in Winter right now thanks to some good cast iron cookware. And easy to scale down the portion sizes to feed just me (and the pork loving Zebbycat!!)
