I used to like as many crazy toppings as possible on a pizza (and I have to say, don&#039;t knock strips of tender peppered steak, caramelised onions and chunkcs of feta till you&#039;ve tried it...!).  But these days I&#039;d far sooner have very few toppings and absolutely brilliant ingredients.
